This is a complete rewrite of the Butler intro notebook with a focus on using the Butler to access the data products described in the DP0.2 DPDD. Butler investigation of repository contents and Butler dataset queries are deferred to future notebooks.

@MelissaGraham maybe you can take a look at this new NB04a and let me know what you think. My idea is that almost everything from the old NB04 would go into an intermediate or advanced Butler notebook.
