DID mode compatibility issue #170

Fixing the compatibility issues specific to WalletDIDMode and StandardDIDMode. solved issues:

  1. Error while creating DID with didType 2 (wallet mode)
  2. missing public key file from the root directory for didType 2 (wallet mode)
  3. handling DID modes issue

Tested & working type 0 and type 4 . @vaishnav-ch please check type 2 walletmode.
