skill model,controller,folder #80

Note:

  1. Make a Model name it "Skill"
  2. Make a controller name it "SkillController"
  3. Make a folder in resources->view->admin name it "skills" and create four page name "index.blade.php","edit.blade.php","show.blade.php","create.blade.php" in this folder.
