Slice the admin panel template #3

We have to slice the template.You have to slice this template in header section,footer section,menu section,main content area.This slicing must to be in laravel approach.

Done in commit b6537bafacfea93af16e94384f1fc6bc1f1e7eda

'/admin-panel' will redirect to admin panel. after auth it will follow standardizes.
