This introduces

Bunny::Channel#quorum_queue similar in spirit to Bunny::Channel#temporary_queue
Bunny::Channel#stream
Bunny::Channel#durable_queue
Bunny::Queue::Types

so that it is easier for Bunny users to declare quorum queues and streams.
