Support for activesupport > 7 #374

The latest version of activesupport is not compatible with hutch 1.1.0 and it turns out that hutch is downgraded to version 0.23.1 which is even worse. Can you please fix it?

This is open source software, so you are welcome to submit a PR. I don't know what exactly is incompatible or what should be done. Asking others to fix issues you have without providing any details is not particularly productive.

1.1.1 is up with an updated gemspec.
