Add full license text and attribution #66

Technically the full license should be included in any distribution of the code. This adds a LICENSE file with the full text and the following attribution:

net-dns is copyrighted free software by Marco Ceresa (@bluemonk) and Simone Carletti (@weppos).

@weppos Can you cut a new release following this merge? At the moment, software which uses the latest release of 0.8.0 do not benefit from the proper licensing provided here.

Thanks. Mostly likely this will resolve #72, too.
