there's no problem if you directly push it into the master branch. I recommend you to do so :) Or, feel free to directly create a working branch if you prefer.
My recommendation for the PR was just so that everyone doesn't duplicate each other's work. Also fine with pushing to master, but the benefit of a PR is everyone gets an email when one if opened so its easier to keep track of ongoing work. Either way it seems like you guys are racing to the finish line to get this working so it probably doesn't matter either way, as long as the overall process/communication is working, then just keep doing what seems to work :)

Sorry for being late to replay.
Because I'd like to discuss our translation of these three chapters in this PR and make our changes readable from others, I'll keep working on this branch.
Yohei Yasukawa (@yasulab), Johnny Mukai (@johnnymugs), Shozo Hatta, and Junichi Chiba start translating the following pages in RHG. We'll commit and push our updates to this branch.
