Guides revision #68

Hi Andrew, here is what we have done with the Guides Revision. Another user can make revision of someone`s else guide, which is sent to the admin for Approve or Reject. After admin has approved the revision, the body_markdown of the Guide will be replaced with the new content. When you are logged as admin, you can view two tables - pending revisions and another below with approved/rejected. At the same time, the user will receive info if the revision is approved or rejected. We know that there are many more things to be done, so we can continue work further on it, just send us your comments about it.

This is really great work! :+1: I'm going to try it out locally before merging it, but I don't have many comments. I think it has been implemented well and I can tell that you've put a lot of time into it. Thanks!
