Add regression test for `#delete` order #64

Tests the changes in #62. These changes aren't enforced as part of the generic NonRDFSource API.

Rubinius doesn't like my metaprogramming. I'll look into it (I guess).

I'm motivated to keep Rubinius support, but have frequently found issues on Travis are isolated to the version Travis is using.

Anyway, I think this test establishes that #62 works as intended.
