Note that RDF 3.1 won't support versions of Ruby before 2.4, and changes to Ruby 2.7 necessitate several updates to calls using **options or keyword arguments.

Hearing no response, and given that the develop branch is broken, I'll merge this PR and release version 2.0 shortly.
