Yank 0.3.5 #8

You can not install 0.3.6 with Bundler 1.1.pre.9 with 0.3.5 still in the index:

Unfortunately, the gem rdf-rdfa (0.3.5) has an invalid gemspec. As a result, Bundler cannot install this Gemfile. Please ask the gem author to yank the bad version to fix this issue. For more information, see http://bit.ly/illformed-requirement.

Done, 0.3.6 is already out, and I expect to release 0.3.7 shortly. Both use gem specs that aren't already generated, which was the source of the problem.
