Turkish translation #172

I've translated all the sections into Turkish but I'm yet to figure out how to run the frontend and check if there's anything weird on the local version of this website, so I still couldn't do an integration test per se.

I'm really new to Ruby, in fact I literally learned it today. I've went through the TryRuby website today and decided to translate it and finished the translation in the same day. 😅 Some assistance regarding if I'm missing anything would be greatly appreciated. 🙏

@ARS-coding Thanks. I have no experience of Turkish. But I trust your translation.

Hi @hsbt , thank you for merging my PR. After you've merged my PR I've checked the live website in order to see my translations but when I looked at the language bar Turkish wasn't listed as an option and at that moment I realized that I unfortunately forgot to add that in this PR. Due to this reason, I've created another PR so that people can change their language to Turkish through the interface.

Sorry for the inconvenience, it took some time for me to adapt to the repository as a beginner Ruby learner. 🙏

As you can see in the below image, with these changes, the Turkish language is listed on the dropdown menu and the content is visible: Screenshot 2024-04-02 at 23 23 51
