I'm covering the significant things that I forgot to include in my previous merged Turkish translation PR which are:

Adding a button to switch to Turkish.
Adding the code to MiddlemanCollector so that the Turkish translation markdown files get collected.
Adding automatic language recognition and switching for Turkish in TryRuby.get_language.
