Improve the gem's description #2

Improve the language in the gem's summary and description; also remove U+00A0 (no-break space) characters from post-install box.

"load it first" implies that something other is loaded later, which is not the case, so I dropped "first".

The U+00A0 characters appeared in the box in empty lines and at the end of lines where several space characters appeared in a row; I stumbled upon them while editing because of a diff that seemingly had no differences; I replaced them with normal spaces (U+0020), I assume they were not present by intention.
