我初次在docker上面部署OceanBase时能正常运行，但是关闭后重新运行则无法连接
首次部署命令：
docker run -p 7777:2881 --name oceanbase-ce -e MODE=SLIM -d quay.io/oceanbase/oceanbase-ce
