Hi @mikel - next PR would you please do a rake build:all and check the site, then commit the changes to the output html?

Sure, I wasn't sure if I was meant to do that or not :) I'll update the README to be clearer if need be :)

No worries! I thought it was clear in the README, then I read it again last night and realised that it's not emphasised at all. Feel free to update it if you're in the mood, otherwise I'll peek at it this weekend.
