Remove german term for public spaces #148

This PR addresses the wish to remove public spaces mentioned here.

We're going to amend it in a following PR, addressing "in public spaces", which we feel like introducing more confusion then clarification.

We still haven't clarified yet which changes we are going to put together as v.2.0.0 on the website. I am going to merge the PR of small changes for public spaces and cc 4.0 sharealike attribution first and then wait for the major changes.
