Fix for czech titles and heading in english version of website #258

Fixes #257

This bug was introduced in #249 with the locale definition for CZ containing with en header. This PR provides a fix.

Only the last commit is necessary for a fix. rest were necessary to update gems and run bundle exec middleman successfully. I am clearly no ruby expert and would be glad to receive any feedback on these changes.
