Localization fix. #112

Fixed localization issue in views. Fixes rubycas/rubycas-server#111

Any idea when this can be merged? Just got bit by this one when I upgraded rubycas.

This has been accepted as a patch from the mailing list by myself. Version 1.1.2 of the gem includes this fix.
