Remove the urbacon theme. #146

The yourbacon... I mean urbacon theme is really just a copy of the simple theme with some color and logo changes. Plus the logo is likely copyrighted and shouldn't be included under rubycas-server's MIT license anyway.

+1. I think there should be more clean ups in this project. Why support all the different rails and ruby versions. The project is a ready-to-go solution anyway. (I just love deprecation :heart:)
