Make the Gemfile.lock look the same on OSX and Linux to avoid conflicts #174

Linux and OSX are ok with installing both rb-fsevent and rb-inotify. So we can require both gems to not have to deal with a always changing Gemfile.lock file.

Actually we will remove Gemfile.lock completely as we do not want to have .lock file inside the gem.
