appraisal is not necessory while running rake in production #214

When I run rake command in production, it says appraisal is not installed but appraisal is not a required gem.

I do a rescue to fix it.

I found a better way of fixing it please take a look here #216 and let me know if this will fit your needs. If there will not be any comment and that pull request I will merge that in few days.
