User correct logger while migration #218

I think the tasks/db/migrate.rake is a convention for deployment before version 1.0 (see bcb20ba).

The config disable_auto_migrations (see 31e3912) is ok for capistrano 3.

I think tasks/db/migrate.rake could be removed now.
