can't render login view with service url if login failed #248

This is my login url www.cucujie.com:3001/login?service=http%3A%2F%2Ftest-cms.kaikeba.cn%2Fusers%2Fservice&tenant_id=1 , then I input wrong username and passowrd . It show be stay this page and same service url . But it will render to www.cucujie.com:3001/login view.
