Description of Change

Display an events talks, and workshops on a '/program' page.

Notes

Currently the Keynote speakers aren't stored in the CFP app. They are hardcoded on the conference website. We are going to have to deal with that
Need to setup some scopes on the collection to separate 'Talks' from 'Workshops'
Need to have a sort order on the Talks
Annnd didn't wire up the talks nav

Still working on the Schedule page. We should talk about it.

Hey @adarsh, this isn't ready to merge. Most of it you will see again in a different PR soon. I will close this PR, as I opened just to share code with @jonsgreen. Correct me if I am wrong @jonsgreen, but we were waiting to do the schedule/programs until we had gotten style updates finished?

Understood. From here on out, let's use PRs (and their notification cascade) to solicit review and use branch diff view to share WIP with colleagues.
