send email to group members when a new topic is suggested #279

It just occurred to me that I'd like to talk about servers one day. So I was going to put it in the topics section of our app. But then I decided not to, because I figured I'd probably forget I'd put it there, so there isn't much point... which made me think if an email was sent out to all members of the group whenever a new topic is suggested, maybe topics won't be forgotten. Or maybe the day before the project group, an email can be sent out to all members reminding them to come to the project group (cough cough @FrauBienenstich cough cough), and also telling them about potential topics. That way maybe we can play with workers and sidekiq and stuff too! (which sure, sounds like overkill, but I use this stuff at work all the time, I'd like to have a safe place to play around with it a bit)

thoughts?

Whazza worker?

To make it all even more over engineered: We could implement something where an email gets sent out with a drum roll calendar invitation!! Sth like: next week we're gonna talk about servers, and then every member gets an email and can confirm they're coming to the event - or not. But that would also mean that we cannot simply suggest topics, but would also have to connect it to a date, and then somehow trigger that the mail gets sent. Which brings me to an up and down vote system... But I guess this has been suggested elsewhere already.

Notifications and stuff sounds good :)

As for not forgetting topics, it'd be a start to use the app ourselves and look at it every now and then. Well then, I need to find my password cough
