So, I have asked around a bit and we should have a privacy policy. i Think we mention it in there.

Rails Girls Berlin has an impressum that is impress-ive. http://railsgirlsberlin.de/impressum/ They have a section about their privacy policy in there.

Here is the issue about the impressum.
