Test the setup guide is still accurate #675

I had to setup the rorganize.it project from scratch last week and had a lot of issues ranging from warnings about the migrations needing a rails version number to the seed of the database not working 🤔 . I am writing this issue as a way of mob-testing the setup instructions by deleting your local copy of the project and getting it running again.

I'd like to 1) figure out if the setup guide is still true 2) ensure that if there is anything wonky since the Rails upgrade that a non-fresh version of the project may not show.

I think this was solved from the merging of the above PR, so I'm closing this issue
