Admin user can see information of an individual user as well as an organization owner #48

Amanda is the website Administrator. Olivia is the Organization owner. Irene is the interested Individual.

Right now, when a search is done, if a user has their profile set to private, then their name and email address are masked with 'Private' when they show up in search results. If the website Admin does a search, the name and email should be visible in the search results, even if the profile of the user showing in the results is private.

This issue is dependent on #65 being completed first.

@mobjohnson If someone isn't in the RubyForGood organization on GitHub, they can't be selected as an Assignee, at least that's what it looks like to me. I will remove the help wanted tag and we can consider this assigned to @jacobherrington :) 👍

@sunnycal I've had a lot come up at work the last few months (huge turnover), so feel free to take this over if you've got the time.
