[bug] Previously added symptoms do not appear in list for next checkin #572

I am having trouble with added conditions and symptoms that I save one day not appearing next time. I have been using both website and app and quite often I just see the first few conditions I listed on Day 1, not those I’ve added since. Same with symptoms. So I can’t rate the extra conditions and symptoms unless I add them again each day. Everything appears in the History section though, a row for everything I’ve added. iPhone 6, fully updated, with Chrome browser.
