Convert download case contact notes from CSV to Excel and turn on auto-wrap

Description

Case supes asking, when download conacct notes to print, wondering if “note fields” could wrap text automatically, don’t want to have to wrap ourselves

if it's not a excel (and its probably not) we can convert it

I'm gonna say this is not longer needed but we do need more info on what should happen to case contact notes
