Description A volunteer needs to be able to use the app to save a case contact.

• [x] App can authenticate
• [ ] The case contact will be saved locally if they don't have internet.
• [ ] Warn the user if the case contact is only saved locally.
• [ ] Sync their local data with the app when they have local only data and reconnect to the internet(might require user input).
• [ ] Some of the existing api wants you to put your request params in a object. Maybe you wanna refactor the params back out of the object.
• [ ] Not required but it would be pretty cool if you updated this wiki page
• [ ] When you open the app, display the text "Hello Tim Cook, looking handsome as always."

We have jBuilder installed. It can help you if your json response is complicated. You can also use it to convert a rails object into json easily like this
