Bug: Too many error messages for blank dates while creating a casa case

Impacted User Types

Current Behavior

This appears after trying to make a new casa case with a blank court date This appears after trying to make a new casa case with a blank birth month and year

Expected Behavior

Only the top error message is shown when the date is left blank for each type of date.

How to Replicate

- Log in as an admin.
- Click "📁 cases" in the left sidebar menu.
- Click "+ New Case"
- Enter a case number
- Click "+ Create CASA Case"

- go to /all_casa_admins/sign_in

Sorry I forgot to mention you have to accept the invite. did you get it? its gonna go to your email / maybe when you are on rubyforgood/casa github page
