Redirect New Staff to Dashboard After Setting Password from Invitation Link

When a new staff accepts the invitation and sets the password the redirect now goes to the root url. We want to redirect to the dashboard.

I also noticed that the layout for staff index is currently broken and the button to invite new staff is missing. I will add an issue to fix it but right now you can access the invitation form view by opening the link: http://127.0.0.1:3000/alta/users/invitation/new
