View "notes" column in the applications tables #430
As a staff member, I want to click a ‘Notes’ column in an applications table and see an inline field displayed where I can update the notes.
Added context: this should use turbo stream to update the notes field. I think the best UX is to close the inline form once the user clicks 'save'. Open to ideas.
