From July 13 2022 partnerbase working group meeting (CL/Rachel(PDx))

Updating the social media section, and making it mandatory if the partners see it at all

Is there a pain point in the app driving this feature request?

Modernization (i.e catching up with social media reality)

Desired Behavior

Add instagram to media section [text field]
Add no social media presence checkbox to media section
If partners are shown media section [see partner forms], at least one field in the media section must be filled in.

Criteria for Completion

[x] If and only if partners are shown media section [see partner forms], at least one field in the media section must be filled in.
[x] Tests showing that it all works.
