Summary

Manufacturer Donations has several issues. This seeks to resole them

Why

It is currently misleading

Details

On discussion with the stakeholders, what would actually be useful here is a list of recent donators. 1/ Change the "Top Manufacturer Donations" to "Recent Manufacturer Donations" 2/ The manufacturers should be listed in recency order 3/ But filtered by the timeframe 4/ The number in the brackets should also reflect the filter 5/ It should use the donation date rather than the date the donation items were created or updated

Note that the subtler points will not be obvious with the seed data.

I'm adding Dashboard as a blocker for this -- the manufacturer donations report is being moved, and we might as well rewrite it in the new location.

Dashboard has been merged into main, so taking the "BLOCKED" labell off.
