Restyling checkboxes in partner areas

Summary

A number of checkboxes in the system (partial list below) are not showing properly -- it is hard to tell if they are checked or not. Fix it!

Details

Fix the following checkboxes that are not showing properly. Note: deficiencies observed using Chrome (which is the only browser we officially support).

• partner profile -- (sign in as partner, click Edit My Organiztion, Settings(at the bottom of the screen)) The three fields in Settings should be checkboxes

• Children - Show Active Only? -- (sign in as partner, click Children) (similar expression as above)
• Family - Include Archived? -- (sign in as partner, click Families) (similar expression as above)

  Criteria for completion

• [ ] the fields noted above look/feel/work like checkboxes
• [ ] Please provide screenshots in your PR

  Bonus round

• [ ] Find any others -- there might not be any!
