Add the number of disposable diapers purchased to the annual survey Add the number of disposable diapers donated to the annual survey

Details

These should go just above the % purchased and % donated, respectively I believe the values are being calculated already as part of the calculations for the percentages, so it should be easy to get them.

the Annual surveys are at Reports | Annual Survey when signed in as org_admin1@example.com
