Style the Volunteer & Student Import Modal #115

Summary

As an admin, I would like the Import Modal styles to match the theme of the application

Things to Consider

Functionality is in place. This story is about making the modal match the mockup.

Criteria for Completion

[ ] Volunteer Import modal matches mockup
[ ] Student Import modal matches mockup (but with the word "Students" instead of "Volunteers")
