Removed the heart emoji
Added the SVG heart icon in app/assets/images/emoji/heart.svg

Resolves #153

Description

Added the heart icon in app/assets/images/emoji/ directory.
Successfully replaced the emoji with the icon

Type of change

Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
