Update the CSS styling of headers of all tables #180
As an admin, I want the styling of the headers of all the tables on the Index views to be updated so that it is consistent across tables in the application.
Criteria for Completion
[ ] Update the CSS to reflect the table style, including column title styles, columns, cells, and pagination style
[ ] Make them consistent and uniform across all the tables in the app
