Summary

As a volunteer, I would like to be able to have a place to navigate between my home page & my profile.

Criteria for Completion

• [x] After a volunteer logs in, they land on the welcome dashboard (already working now)
• [ ] A nav bar is fixed to the bottom of the mobile view (scrolling up and down on view does not move the nav bar)
• [ ] The "home" link redirects back to the dashboard page (react-router)
• [ ] There is a placeholder for the "profile" link
• [ ] Add test(s)
