Continue raising dependencies #68

Why?

This application has a memory leak and heroku is not able to support it. Since the ONLY environment this app is currently available in is development, it stands to reason that if raising versions of dependencies continues to work locally, then all bases are covered.

This article has been helpful. After getting everything as up-to-date as it can be, the next steps might be memory profiling to figure out what's going on. Hopefully getting the app really up to date is all that will be needed.
