When a client is requesting utility assistance, we need to flush out more how to handle this process.
When an appointment is set, we need a way to handle the details of the request - what is the company, account number, mailing address etc.
When a volunteer is checking a client in we need a way to validate or invalidate the information recorded when making the appointment.
After the check in is complete we need a way to notify (maybe a mailer?) the pantry coordinator that the request was made, when the last request was made and if the information was validated or not during the appointment.
