added route for updating users and test to reflect changes #105

hey @pollygee I saw this up on github and I figured I'd contribute since I haven't written any ruby in a while. Just implemented a rails method for updating a users password in the database, nothing huge. Made for this ticket: https://github.com/rubyforgood/pantry_scheduler/issues/100
