Mailers / Reports Page #8

Create summary mailers to be sent out Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly.

As suggested by Alexis this might be easier as a page in the app rather than a mailer, this is flexible as long as we have a way for the co-ordinator to have access to the monthly / quarterly / yearly aggregated information about what's been happening at the pantry.
