Changes for renaming answer to CustomForm::SubmittedAnswer #844

833 ✍️ Description

Rename answer to CustomForm::SubmittedAnswer throughout the application.

Added new migration to rename answer to submitted_answers
Nested answers model under CustomForm and renamed it to submitted_answer
Annotated model with updated details
Updated test file to match with nested module and updated name.

Hi @kasugaijin ,

There were changes only related to migration and model files as I don't see any code yet added related to association, policy or any functionality for answers. I did not introduce any new code for associations in question, form model as wanted to stick this PR only to renaming existing code. Let me know if you are looking for any more changes. Thanks.

Yes this is a very new model so I don't think there will be too many changes in this case :) @sarvaiyanidhi
