Docker Setup #115

Hello guys!

I've added an new option to setup development environment. Docker removes the need to install dependencies manually.

Thanks for the PR!

We're not interested in adding Docker to the project right now, so I'm closing this PR. Since our dependencies are simple, we don't think the added Docker dependency is worth it.

I'll take a look at your other PR shortly!
